Terms of Service

This agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you or the entity you represent (referred to as “you” or “your”) and Grow10x.Business (“Grow10x.Business”), governing your use of our online business productivity and collaboration software suite.

Parts of This Agreement

This Agreement comprises the following terms and conditions (referred to as the “General Terms”) and any specific terms and conditions related to the use of individual services (referred to as the “Service Specific Terms”). In case of a conflict between the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms will prevail.

Acceptance of the Agreement

To accept this Agreement, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use our services. By accepting the General Terms and using our services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement. You can accept the Agreement by checking a checkbox, clicking on a button indicating acceptance, or by actually using our services.

Description of Service

Grow10x.Business offers cloud-based software and applications for businesses, including offline and mobile applications (“Service” or “Services”). These Services are intended for personal and business use, as well as for internal business purposes within your organization. You can access these Services using any internet browser supported by our platform. It is your responsibility to have internet access and the necessary equipment to use our Services. You can create, edit, publish, and share content with your user account.

Beta Service

We may offer certain Services as closed or open beta services (“Beta Service” or “Beta Services”) for testing and evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to determine the duration of testing and the decision to offer Beta Services as commercial services. Your subscription to any Beta Service does not obligate you to acquire a paid Service. We can discontinue Beta Services, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable for any harm caused by such actions.

Free Trial

When you register for a free trial of our Services, we provide them to you on a trial basis free of charge. The trial period ends when you start a paid subscription, when we terminate it, or at the end of the trial period at our discretion. Data entered during the trial may be permanently lost if you do not purchase a paid subscription, applicable service upgrades, or export the data before the trial’s end. Services during the trial are offered as-is, without warranties.

User Sign-up Obligations

To access and use our Services, you must sign up for a user account by providing all required information. If your organization intends to use our Services for corporate internal use, we recommend all users sign up for user accounts using corporate contact information, particularly corporate email addresses. You agree to provide accurate and updated information and maintain its accuracy. Any inaccurate or outdated information may lead to the termination of your user account and future service use.

Restrictions on Use

In addition to other terms in this Agreement, you agree not to:

• Transfer the Services to any third party.
• Offer services based on our Services without prior written permission.
• Share user licenses with multiple individuals.
• Attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services.
• Use third-party links to sites without agreeing to their terms and conditions.
• Post links to third-party sites or use their logos without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or related systems.
• Use the Services to transmit harmful computer code.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of our Services.
• Create false identities to mislead others.
• Host, display, upload, or share information to which you have no rights.
• Use the Services to transmit false information.
• Violate any applicable laws.
• Use the Services for competitive or benchmarking purposes.
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices within the Services.

Spamming and Illegal Activities

You are responsible for the content you transmit through our Services. Do not use our Services for illegal purposes or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, pornographic, or obscene material. Do not use the Services for “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “phishing,” or unsolicited mass distribution of email. We may terminate your access if we suspect illegal or unauthorized activity.

Third-Party Applications

Our Services integrate with third-party applications (“Third-Party Applications”). Accessing and using these applications may require agreeing to their terms of service and privacy policies (“Third-Party Terms”). You are responsible for understanding Third-Party Terms before using Third-Party Applications. We are not liable for Third-Party Applications and may suspend or disable them at any time without notice.

Fees and Payments

Our Services offer subscription plans with various durations. Payments for plans less than a year can be made via Credit Card. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you downgrade or cancel. You can change payment details for renewal. Price changes do not apply until the current billing cycle ends. We may charge for previously free Services. Taxes may apply, and we will invoice accordingly.

Organization Accounts and Administrators

For organization accounts, you can specify administrators who configure and manage the Services. Protect your account credentials, appoint competent administrators, and ensure compliance. If an administrator controls your organization’s account, define roles and restrictions in an agreement. You are responsible for preventing administrator account loss and may specify a recovery process. We may provide control to an individual with proper authorization.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information provided to Grow10x.Business is governed by our Privacy Policy. Using our Services implies acceptance of this policy. Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and inform us of unauthorized use. We are not responsible for unauthorized access.

Communications from Grow10x.Business

Our Services may include service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters. These communications are part of the Services. While you can opt out of newsletters, you cannot opt out of service announcements and administrative messages.

Complaints

If we receive a complaint about your activities using our Services, we will forward it to your primary email address. Respond within 10 days to the complainant and copy us. Failure to respond allows us to disclose your contact information to the complainant.

Inactive User Accounts Policy

Inactive user accounts may be terminated after 120 days. We will notify you before termination and offer data backup options. Each Service is considered independently for activity.

Data Ownership

You own the content you create or store using our Services. Our use of your content is limited to providing the Services. You grant us permission to access, copy, and perform the content as required for Service provision.

Hosting Location

Your Service location depends on your IP address. We may migrate your account as required. Masking your IP address may result in Service denial or account closure.

User Generated Content

You are responsible for content you transmit. Do not make private content publicly accessible. Do not use copyrighted content without proper authorization. We may block or remove content based on complaints of illegality or rights infringement.

Sample Files and Applications

Sample files and applications provided for demonstration purposes consist of random data. We make no warranties regarding their accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or reliability.

Trademarks

“Grow10x.Business” and related names and logos are our trademarks. Do not use them without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided as-is, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the prior 12 months or $1000, whichever is higher.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes related to this Agreement are governed by the laws of Coochbehar, West Bengal, India jurisdiction.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for various reasons, including suspected illegal activity or prolonged inactivity. You can request account termination.

Modification of Terms of Service

We may modify this Agreement and will provide notice of significant changes. You may terminate your use within 30 days of notice if the changes substantially affect your rights.
