Global Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
This Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into between you or the entity that you represent (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) and Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited (Brand Name: GROW10X.Business) (hereinafter “Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited (Brand Name: GROW10X.Business)”), governing your use of the Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited (Brand Name: GROW10X.Business) suite of online business productivity and collaboration software (hereinafter the “Services”).
- Parts of this Agreement
This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms”) and terms and conditions specific to the use of individual Services (hereinafter the “Service Specific Terms”). In case of any conflict between the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms shall prevail.
- Acceptance of the Agreement

Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited (Brand Name: GROW10X.Business) provides cloud software and applications for businesses, including associated offline and mobile applications (hereinafter the “Service” or “Services”). These Services are available for personal, business, or internal organizational use. You can access the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services, and you are responsible for obtaining Internet access and necessary equipment. With your user account, you can create, edit, publish, and share content.
- Beta Service
Certain Services may be offered as closed or open beta services (“Beta Service” or “Beta Services”) for testing and evaluation purposes. Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited (Brand Name: GROW10X.Business) reserves the right to determine the duration of testing and evaluation and the decision to offer Beta Services commercially. You are not obligated to acquire a subscription to any paid Service as a result of using Beta Services.
- Free Trial

Any data entered or customizations made during the free trial may be lost unless you purchase a paid subscription or export such data before the trial ends.

Access and use of Third Party Applications are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
