We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period:
- No payment is required to access the trial
- You can cancel at any time without any charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged
- No refunds are provided once the trial period expires and paid subscription begins
Important: We strongly encourage you to thoroughly evaluate all features during the free trial period to ensure our platform meets your needs before the paid subscription starts.
1.2 Subscription Refunds
Refunds for paid subscriptions are available only under the following specific circumstances:
Within 72 Hours
Full refund available if you cancel your subscription within 72 hours of purchase.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
After 72 Hours
No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the 72-hour window.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Service Disruption
Prorated refund may be issued if Crudoimage experiences significant service disruptions exceeding our SLA commitments.
This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Partial subscription periods: If you cancel mid-billing cycle (after 72 hours), no prorated refunds are issued
- Add-on services: Additional storage, premium integrations, and other add-ons are non-refundable once purchased
- Setup and customization fees: Any one-time fees paid for custom configurations or enterprise setup
- Downgrade differences: If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the price difference is not refundable
- Unused subscription time: Subscription fees are non-refundable for any unused portion of your billing cycle
Note: All subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as specifically stated in this policy. This is standard practice for SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on this policy, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at support@crudoimage.com with your refund request. Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request.
Provide Information
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information such as order ID, purchase date, and documentation supporting your refund claim.
Review Period
We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision via email.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Immediate cancellation: Your subscription is marked for cancellation but remains active until the end of your current billing period
- Access continuation: You will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your paid period
- No auto-renewal: Your subscription will not renew automatically at the next billing cycle
- Data retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate if needed
- Export options: You can export all your data before or within 30 days after cancellation
Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA) Violations
If Crudoimage fails to meet the uptime commitments outlined in our Service Level Agreement (95% uptime per month), you may be eligible for a service credit or partial refund:
- 90-95% uptime: 10% service credit for the affected month
- 80-90% uptime: 25% service credit for the affected month
- Below 80% uptime: 50% service credit or refund at our discretion
5.2 Unauthorized Charges
If you notice any unauthorized charges on your account:
- Contact us immediately at support@crudoimage.com
- Provide details of the unauthorized charge
- We will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized
5.3 Technical Issues
Refunds are generally not issued for technical issues that can be resolved through support. However, if we are unable to resolve a critical technical issue that prevents you from using the platform within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
6. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card within 7-10 business days
- UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account within 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source account within 5-7 business days
- Wallet: Refunded to the original wallet within 3-5 business days
We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account than was used for the original purchase.
7. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in India, including:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- E-Commerce Rules, 2020
