We understand that situations may arise where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your concerns are promptly addressed, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Product Subscriptions:

    • Monthly Subscriptions: If you are dissatisfied with our service within the 2 days of your subscription, please contact us. We will strive to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we will provide you with a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan.
    • Annual Subscriptions: If you choose an annual subscription and are dissatisfied within the initial 2 days, please reach out to us. We will work diligently to address your concerns. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, we will offer you a FULL REFUND and adjust your account accordingly.
  2. Functionality Guarantee:

    • We guarantee the maintenance of service functionality throughout your contract term. Should we remove, break, or discontinue functionality available at the time of your subscription, and fail to address it within the promised timelines, you will receive a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract.
  3. Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription:

    • In the event you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription, you will receive credits for active licenses. The value of unused licenses will be calculated after excluding any applied discounts.
  4. Auto-Renewal:

    • Your subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. Prior to each renewal, you will receive notification of the upcoming charge. Should you choose to cancel, you may do so up to five business days after your renewal date (for monthly subscriptions) or fifteen days after your renewal date (for annual subscriptions) and receive a FULL REFUND.
  5. Refund Processing Time:

    • Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.
  6. Exceptions to Refund Policy:

    • No refunds (FULL OR PRO-RATED) will be issued if your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked by Crudoimage Photographic Technologies Private Limited for activities violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, or violation of applicable laws.
