THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “YOU” OR “YOUR”) AND CRUDOIMAGE PHOTOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “CRUDOIMAGE.COM”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF CRUDOIMAGE.COM’S SUITE OF ONLINE BUSINESS PRODUCTIVITY AND COLLABORATION SOFTWARE IF YOU ARE BASED IN INDIA. IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN INDIA, OUR GLOBAL TERMS OF SERVICE WILL APPLY.
Parts of this Agreement
This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (referred to as the “General Terms”) and any terms and conditions specific to the use of individual services (referred to as the “Service Specific Terms”). In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and the Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms shall prevail.
Acceptance of the Agreement
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to accept these terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, you are not permitted to use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms but do not agree to specific Service Terms, you should refrain from using the corresponding service. Acceptance of this Agreement is indicated by checking a checkbox, clicking a button signifying your agreement, or by using the Services.
Description of Service
Crudoimage.com provides cloud software and applications for businesses, including related offline and mobile applications (“Service” or “Services”). You may use these Services for personal and business purposes or for internal use within your organization. Access to the Services requires an Internet browser and an active Internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access to the Internet and the necessary equipment. As a registered user, you can create, edit, publish, and share content using your account.
Beta Service
Crudoimage.com may offer certain Services as closed or open beta services (“Beta Service” or “Beta Services”) for testing and evaluation. Crudoimage.com has the sole authority to determine the testing period and decide whether to offer Beta Services as commercial offerings. Participation in Beta Services does not obligate you to subscribe to any paid services. Crudoimage.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta Services at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting harm.
Free Trial
If you register for a free trial, Crudoimage.com will provide access to the applicable Services free of charge for the duration of the trial or until terminated earlier by you or Crudoimage.com. Upon trial expiration, all trial data and customizations will be lost unless you (i) purchase a subscription plan, (ii) upgrade the trial, or (iii) export your data before the trial ends. Services during the free trial are provided “as-is” with no warranty, support, or liability.
User Sign-Up Obligations
To use the Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. If you represent an organization, it is recommended to use corporate contact details for registration. You agree to update your registration information promptly. Providing false, inaccurate, or outdated information may result in termination of your account by Crudoimage.com.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Transfer or sublicense the Services to any third party.
- Disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services.
- Use Services for competitive or benchmarking purposes.
- Transmit harmful or illegal content.
- Engage in activities that harm the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
- Use the Services in violation of any local, national, or international laws.
Further, you agree not to use the Services for purposes that threaten the unity, sovereignty, or security of India or encourage activities prohibited by Indian law.
Spamming and Illegal Activities
You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for sending unsolicited emails (“spam”), transmitting harmful or illegal content, or engaging in activities that infringe on the rights of others. Crudoimage.com reserves the right to terminate access for misuse or illegal activity.
Third-Party Applications
Crudoimage.com integrates with various third-party applications. Use of these third-party applications may require acceptance of their terms and conditions. Crudoimage.com is not responsible for the actions, policies, or data security of third-party applications.
